NCE receives ISO 9001 certificate

As of 30.9.2024, NCE is officially certified according to the ISO 9001 standard. Based on an inspection carried out by Bureau Veritas, NCE has met the requirements applicable to the standard.

ISO 9001 involves introduction and maintenance of a quality management system focusing on internal processes and sustainable development. The requirements for certification also includes areas such as customer focus, employee engagement, continual improvement, relationship management, and fact-based decision making.

-The certificate promotes trust and knowledge, which is why we see it as a major step forward for our operation, says Markus Niemi, EHQS manager at NCE.

This achievement has required the whole staff’s commitment, and thanks to these efforts, both efficiency and quality have been improved.
